Community Block Party/School Supplies Giveaway
Community Block Party and school supplies giveaway (done annually since 2014). Several hundred attended
GOAL: provide free school supplies and materials to poor families while bringing communities together for a day of fun and entertainment. Several hundred kids received supplies.
October 2021
Free Food and Clothing Distribution
Nonperishable food, clothing, toiletries giveaway
GOAL: to provide life sustaining resources to homeless in the community. Several dozen persons received items.
Fall 2020
Senior Citizen Meals Distribution
Hot meals distribution to senior citizens in high poverty areas.GOAL: to address food insecurity issues among the senior citizen population sector. Several dozen persons were served.
It is through programs like these that BABA has donated more than $25,000 in supplies, food, and clothing annually since 2019. Now it’s time to do more! Our communities in North Georgia need it.
